Singapore to use electronic flag displays

As well as making history as Formula One racings first-ever night race, the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix will also mark the introduction of electronic flag displays to the sport. The new technology, developed by lighting consultants Valerio Maioli S.p.A for the Singapore event, will be used in conjunction with the traditional flag signals waved by marshals.

Ferrari F2007 - revised aero package

Ferrari's new aerodynamic developments, tested in Barcelona last week, are designed to enhance its cooling capability, reduce drag and increase the car's rear-end efficiency. The front sections of both sidepods have been visibly shortened and narrowed, while wider winglets have been added to increase the quality and quantity of the airflow directed into the inlets to compensate for the slight reduction in the radiator's surface area.

F1 in Schools gears up for 2008 world championships

The F1 in Schools competition has moved into top gear as it prepares for the 2008 world championships to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in just one months time. School children from 17 countries across the globe have battled their way through regional and national finals, and competed against over seven million students, to win the chance to represent their countries.
